Because our products are consumable cannabis edibles, we do not accept returns once an order has been processed and shipped. This policy protects product safety and regulatory compliance.

Abandoned Packages

We do not issue refunds for packages that are abandoned, refused, or not collected from the shipping carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment tracking and ensure timely pickup or receipt of the package.

If a package is marked as abandoned, refused, or unclaimed by the carrier, no refund will be issued.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Official Moon Bars is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Refunds will not be issued for delivery failures due to incorrect address information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will review each claim and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Carrier Delays

Once an order leaves our facility and is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s operations. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in cases of verified product defects or confirmed fulfillment errors. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and in compliance with applicable cannabis regulations.
