Refund and Returns Policy

At Official MoonBars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging, including any shrink-wrapped seals.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there can be processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges & Shipping

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at [email protected].

We cover the shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are fully refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you can vary. If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for added security.
